Take vitamin C daily.

Vitamin C is an essential vitamin which is not manufactured by the body and must be obtained from diet or supplementation. It is critical for supporting immune function and the body’s defences. Ill health increases its urinary excretion and thus increase the bodies requirements.

Vitamin C is water soluble vitamin, which means that it is lost very easily from the body and requires topping up, on a regular, at least daily basis.
