Adrenal Fatigue
Beyond tired, run down, body and the mind does not feel like it used to be, stressed, hormones are all over the show, and you just can't seem to get going for the day ahead? You may have adrenal fatigue, or your adrenals may need some nurturing and help.
The function of the adrenal glands, is to produce a handful of hormones that help maintain a healthy balance of salts to our blood and tissues, maintain that blood pressure and produce a certain amount of hormones too. But if our adrenal glads are not functioning well, the body becomes very tired, and when we go about our day and add more stress and activities to our body, it may not be at it's full potential and may not cope very well.
In this day and age, life is busy! So why not look after them.
