Immunity Boosting + Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Tonic Recipe

Tub of Adashiko Collagen Ultra next to Tumeric Tonic Recipe Ingredients | Adashiko Collagen | 100% Natural Skincare

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 6 oranges
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • Fresh ginger (to taste - but, we recommend being generous)
  • Fresh turmeric (to taste, but, again, we recommend being generous)
  • 4 TBSP honey
  • Cayenne pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into large ice cube trays + freeze (makes approx 12 servings using these giant ice cube trays)
