contains a mother tincture of the herb Arnica Montana 5% in a non-greasy, paraben free, cream base.

Dosage:

Apply liberally to affected area 3 to 4 times a day as required but only where the skin is unbroken.

Extended Information:

Follow with "Rest Ice Compression Elevation" for any soft tissue injury. Avoid activity or sport until healing occurs. Exercise that does not stress the injured part, or cause pain, is encouraged. A health professional should always be consulted if the injuries are serious.
