Recommended for inhalation (drop to tissue or clothes), steam inhalation, diffusion or chest rub (add 10 drops to 1tsp of carrier).

Uses:

Sinus Congestion
A deep penetrating aroma that helps to clear mucus congestion in the sinus passages.

Breathing
Active ingredients support natural body process for healthy breathing.

A steam inhalation with Sinus Clear will work very effectively to help clear the painful pressure of congestion and flush out infected tubes.

Hay Fever
People suffering from hayfever or other respiratory conditions may find therapeutic relief from this blend. Safe to use with medication when necessary.

Directions:
Diffusion: 5-10 drops, allow 10 minutes, replenish as required.
Perfume/Inhalation: add a few drops to collar or pillow. 5-10 drops to steam inhalation. 
Pulse Points: smudge onto wrists and back of neck (for sensitive skin dilute as for massage). 
Bath: 10 drops mixed into bath water.
Massage: Blend 4 drops to 1 teaspoon of Pure Unscented Body Oil (organic).
