Lifestream Chlorella and Organic Chlorella contain high levels of chlorophyll and other plant-sourced nutrients including vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Adults: 10 tablets (2g) daily. First-time users start with 2 tablets daily and build up the dose over a week.

CAPSULES

Adults: 4 capsules (2.5g) daily. First-time users start with 1 capsule daily and build up the dose over a week.
