Zinc Citrate 7.5 mg
Dry Vitamin A Palmitate 200mcg
(Equiv. Vitamin A 200mcg / 660IU)  660IU
No added: Gluten, egg, dairy, soy or wheat

Dosage:Suitable from 9 years plus, dosage: 1 tablet daily. Adults can take 1-2 tablets daily.
Warnings:
