Formulated to support optimum magnesium levels in the body. Magnesium is required to support healthy neuromuscular function, carbohydrate metabolism and general wellbeing. Includes vitamin B6 to further relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension and assist the synthesis of neurotransmitters.
