How To Use:

• For stiff &/or tense muscles and joints apply freely every 15 minutes for the first hour.  Then as often as required.
• Impact injuries as above. 
• Ideal to apply to effected areas pre & post training / competition. 
• For Sunburn, and minor skin irritations apply to the affected area as often as required, 
• In all cases gently massage in.
